April Showers Bring….
April is possibly my favorite month in spring! Where I am from March is still chilly and by May it is clammy. But on an April day after a fresh spring rain, you can see the grass grow, the ornamental pear trees budding, and flowers peeking out of the ground. It reminds me that winter is over, and the rains bring new growth.
Depending on where you live, by April the ground is thawed enough to plant your spring garden. For tips visit, call, or go to the website of your local garden center. They tend to have an expert on site and there is nothing like expert tips from the experts. We love our local garden centers where many around the United States support our product line of The MaxBit. We know most of them personally and recommend you get to know them too.
If you have read my blogs you know I am a history lover. Here is a link you may enjoy with bits about April. Did you know that the month of April gets its name from the Latin word aperio, meaning “to open [bud],”…. humm, I wonder why?
If you have always wanted a garden but have yet to plant anything, it is not too late. Even if you plant in pots instead of the ground, I encourage you to put your hands in the dirt. And don’t forget about our gardening wonder, the powered garden tool, The MaxBit. Here is another site you can visit to see what people are saying about this product.
